Paul Austin
    Paul has specialised in PFI/PPP since 2001 having previously worked as a Senior Manager at RSM Robson Rhodes and more recently as a Director at Mazars where he was one of the founding members of their Project Finance team. He has considerable private sector experience having bid for and closed numerous projects across a range of sectors. He is an expert financial modeller (having developed the template model used by RSM Robson Rhodes on all its projects since 2003) and is recognised as a leading expert on the impact of international accounting (IFRIC 12) on PFI.

Philip Rhoden
    Philip brings a wealth of financial modelling experience to Clubfinance having previously worked within the PFI/PPP division of RSM Robson Rhodes (now Grant Thornton) and also having worked with a variety of corporate finance and regulated industry financial models. Philip also brings valuable management accounting and public sector experience from working as an internal auditor at Dacorum Borough Council. Philip is also Clubfinance's expert in programming with Excel VBA (macros).

David Scrivens
    David specialises in providing corporate finance and financial consulting services, with financial modelling bias. While at RSM Robson Rhodes he successfully led financial advisory teams on several PFI schemes in the Health and Education sector for private clients. During his time at both Clubfinance and previously at ABROS/Navigant Consulting, David has helped deliver over 100 PFI/PPP operational models.

Alan Samuels
    Alan has recently joined Clubfinance as an operational financial model builder. Alan has more than two years experience as an operational financial model auditor at Mazars Project Finance team and has audited models in various sectors including education, health, street lighting, university accommodation, emergency services and transport.

Bert Hayes
    Bert specialises in systems reviews and accounting services at Clubfinance. He has a very wide range of finance and accounting experience gained in various roles including Financial Controller within the Wellcome group of companies and UK Finance Manager at Schaeffer pens. Before joining Clubfinance, Bert spent 6 years within finance and internal audit at a local authority.

Steven Shenton
    Steven is primarily involved with the production of operational models. Steven has recently joined Clubfinance with a mathematics degree from the University of Cambridge and has a background in research, mathematics and computer programming. Steven has an understanding of the Building Schools for the Future Programme (BSF) and as well as building on this experience will be actively focusing on Health PFI schemes.

Tristan Taylor
    Tristan has recently joined Clubfinance as a financial modeller. Tristan graduated in 2008 with a Natural Sciences degree from the University of Cambridge.
