Clubfinance Project Finance

Clubfinance Ltd's Project Finance ('CFPF') team specialises in providing services to companies working in Public-Private Partnerships ('PPP'), in particular utlising the Government's Private Finance Initiative ('PFI') scheme. The team also work with smaller companies to help them structure and raise debt/equity finance.

CFPF provides the following services:

• Producing Operational Models for PPP/PFI projects.
• Provide financial advice to bidding consortiums for PFI/PPP projects.
• Undertaking valuations for PFI/PPP Special Purpose Vehicles.
• Raising debt/equity for small companies.
